Q. When can I use it?
The iOS version is in development and not yet released. We will announce it here when it ships. An Android version is planned after that.
Q. Will my calls and messages be blocked too?
No. Phone, messaging, maps, payments and alarms are treated as lifelines and stay available at all times. Only the social and video apps you pick yourself are blocked.
Q. How do I unlock it?
In the serious mode ("Brain Off"), you unlock by scanning a physical key you registered in advance — an off-the-shelf NFC tag or a printed QR code. Leaving that key by the door means you cannot undo the block from the sofa. A limited number of emergency unlocks will be available.
Q. Are there ways around it?
Apps built on Apple's Screen Time APIs all share the same gap: a block can be lifted from the device's own Settings. We say so openly, and instead aim to make going back inconvenient enough that your actual usage goes down.
Q. How much will it cost?
Pricing will be shown in the app and on the App Store at launch. A free trial is planned. There will be no ads.
