These terms govern your use of BrainNap (the "app") and this website (brainnap.app). The app has not been released yet, and these terms may be revised before launch.

1. Acceptance

These terms apply to all use of the app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

2. Subscriptions

1. Some features of the app are planned to be offered as a paid subscription.
2. Prices, periods and free trial conditions are those shown in the app and on the App Store.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. If a free trial is not cancelled during the trial period, billing begins when the trial ends.
5. You can cancel or change payment methods in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Things not to do

• Break the law or act against public order
• Interfere with the operation of the app or this website
• Infringe the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• Install and configure the app on someone else's device to monitor or restrict them without their consent

4. Disclaimers

1. The app is a tool for managing your own phone use. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. If you are worried about your health, please consult a medical professional.
2. Surveys and statistics referenced in the app and on this website are as published by their sources. They do not guarantee that any individual will see the same result.
3. App blocking depends on the mechanisms the operating system provides (Apple's Screen Time APIs). Changes or defects in the OS may cause blocking to behave differently than intended, and it may be possible to work around a block through the device's own settings.
4. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

5. Changes to the service

We may change, add to or discontinue the app and this website. Where practical, we will give notice of significant changes in the app or on this website.

6. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
